Essay Competition - Black Sea Region 20 Year Later
Announcements
To mark 20th anniversary of Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) student essay competition has been announced on the following topic:
“Black Sea Region 20 Years Later”.
The competition is held in cooperation with Black Sea University Network (BSUN).
Students of accredited universities from Black Sea Economic Cooperation member countries can participate in the above mentioned competition. The age of participants should be from 18 to 30.
Deadline for uploading essays is February 28, 2013.
General Rules:
Essay should be 2500-3000 words long;
It should be presented in English;
The citation rules should be obeyed;
Essay should be original, unpublished work;
Co authorship is not permitted.
Sending rules:
Participant should register on the web page and then upload the essay.
If essay is less than 2500 words and more than 3000 it will be automatically disqualified. Essays sent electronically will not be considered.
Selecting the winners:
Essays will be rated by committees of each member countries until May 1, 2013.
Winners (one winner from each country) will be invited to PABSEC summit, where they will be awarded with diplomas. Summit will be held in May or June, 2013.
Travel and living expanses of participants will be covered by PABSEC. 12 winner essays will be published in the special edition dedicated to 20th anniversary and also in the special edition of international journal “Letters of Black Sea”.
