The Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia announces the opening of a contest aimed at gaining scholarship for Master and Doctoral (PhD) programs in higher educational institutions abroad.

Applicants interested in MA programs must register on the web-page of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia (http://www.mes.gov.ge/content.php?id=4574&lang=geo) and fill out the electronic application. 

• Note: Those candidates who wish to apply for a scholarship for Master and PhD programs and do not have a diploma for previous academic level are able to submit a document on academic degree awarding. Fourth year (senior) Bachelor students are eligible for participation with the condition of submitting copy of diploma by the time of signing a contract.

The contest shall be conducted in two stages: 1. Selection of application. 2. Interview

Registration is open from December 2, 2013, including February 28, 2014.
