Ilia State University and www.azrebi.ge announce an open competition designed only for students of Ilia State University (Bachelors, Masters and PhDs), to be released the best opinion on Order and Equality.

The competition covers two main directions:

1. Written opinion
2. Video Opinion

The requirements for the contest materials:

1. The written opinion must be A4, MS format (font size 12, font SYLFAEN, Margins- Normal). Max. 3 pages, video opinion-10 minute, file format –flv, file size - max.50 MB.
2. You are able to express your opinion by writing down a novel or a story.
3. Take it into consideration, that your opinion must be related to main notions: Order and Equality.
4. The jury will pay attention to original ideas.
5. Your papers or video opinions must be submitted on January 30, till 6pm, to the following email address: studentisazri@iliauni.edu.ge  
6. For additional information, please e-mail - studentisazri@iliauni.edu.ge or PR department - pr@iliauni.edu.ge.  All contest video and written opinions will be published on www.azrebi.ge . The exception will be the only videos which are directed towards human rights abuse.

 The winners will be named by the jury consisting of ISU professors.  The winners will be rewarded at the end of February.

2^nd place (written opinion: 400 Laris and two three-day trip in Kazbegi

3^rd place (written opinion: 200 Laris and two three-day trip in Grigoleti

2^ndplace (video opinion): 400Laris and two three-day trip in Kazbegi
