Summer school is geld in scope of a partnership project between Tengiz Oniani Sleep Cycles Study Laboratory (Ilia State University Research Center) and Geneva University Clinic Sleep Laboratory. The project is called “Study-based Partnership for Development of Sleep Research Platform and Aiding Sleep Research in Georgia”. 

The aim of the school is to aid sleep medicine and sleep science development in Georgia and Caucasus region. Leading European specialists in the field of sleep research will participate in the summer school.

Program includes lecture courses on sleep based on fundamental and clinical approaches and practical seminars.

The school is financed by Switzerland’s National Science Foundation and partly by Ilia State University.
