Ilia State University Public Policy Administration Program, Public Policy Research and Training Center is enrolling participants for a certified course "Processing Quantitative Data Using Statistical Analysis - Advanced SPSS". The course is implemented with USAID financial support.  

Course aims to teach practical skills of complex statistical analyses and how to run regression cluster and factor analysis in SPSS.

Factor Analyses. Factor Interpreatation Issues;
Linear regression analysis. Challenges of regression analysis use and ways to solve them (correlation coefficient, partial correlation, regression coefficient, norms and interpretation of regression coefficient);
Logistical Regression (overview);
Cluster Analyses: Types and Methods.

Course is designed for those employed in pubic or other fields (statistician, sociologist, researcher) who process quantitative data during their work.

Small groups will receive high-quality education. Course is lead by a qualified teacher with many years of experience, who emphasizes practical activities, along with the theory. 

Knowledge of basic statistics and SPSS concepts (basic course level knowledge) is a prerequisite for this course.

Course duration: 24 hours spread over 5-6 weeks (studies to be held only on weekends, 3 hours per day).  

Since major part of the course is financed by USAID, in frames of EWMI-G-PAC project, tuition for every registered participant is 200 Lari.

After successful course completion, joint Ilia State University and USAID certificates are provided.
