Academic Teaching Excellence (ATE) Course in Georgia

Oxford University Education Department and British Councils’ Academic Teaching Excellence – ATE course was presented on July 17.  The aim of the course is to enhance level of teaching in the fields of innovative teaching methodology, linguistic practice and university education.
The course offers practical linguistics tools and teaching strategies to subject teachers who have advanced English skills B2/C1, so that they may effectively deliver material to their students.

The course is to be conducted in Georgia in September.  British expert, Mr. Robert Luis will lead the course. He has conducted several such courses in Central European universities.
The course fee is 1324.95 Lari (ten-people groups) and 882.93 Lari (15 people groups). The final fee will be calculated based on the number of applicants.

Fee includes: course materials, course management payment and meals. Course duration is 5 days. Through a short advertising video , you will glance at the training process and will be able to learn views of program participants, trainers and program creators.

Ilia State University administration covers 60% of charge for the University academic staff.

Applicants must complete the attached application form , and note timeframe best suited for them (3-7 September or 10-14 September 2014). By filling in the registration form, applicants automatically agree to participate in the course.
