During 24 hours, 30 outstanding photographers will try to discover Georgia.

The project is implemented by the agency "Lava Media" (Lithuania) in collaboration with Ilia State University Arts Research Centre. 

In the frames of this project we are starting selection of volunteers (30 manager and 15 cinematographers). You can apply during 12-20 June, the interview will be held on June 23, and the project will be implemented on July 18-21 (2013).

Project participants should know English or Russian, it is desirable to have a driving license and a car, cinematographers should have - HD DSLRs or HD video camera.

Volunteer's task is to help photographers in the preparation of photo marathon on July 18-19. The marathon will be held in different regions of Georgia on July 20, 2013. During 24 hours, world's best 30 photographers with 15 Georgian colleagues will document life of Georgia throughout the country. 

The holders of world's prestigious photography awards (World Press Photos, Emi, Press National Award, Association of Japanese Professional Photographers, Life Magazine's years best photo, Fuji Press photo award, Sony World Photo, Ted Prize, World's Photographers Organization etc) are participating in the project. Moreover, Reuters, Associated Press, Guardian, New York Times, Le Monde, Life Magazine, National Geographic, El Pai, Magnum, Noor, Geti Images etc.

In the end of the project the book will be published, furthermore, exhibition and documentary film will be prepared, which will premiere in Georgia and Lithuania. The organizers of the project will cover costs of transportation, accommodation and food during the project. If the assistant will do additional work (for instance driving the car) his services will be reimbursed.
