


Training of the Latvian Association of Samaritan
On August 23, the cycle of trainings regarding “First Medical Aid” was opened at the conference hall of Ilia State University Austrian Library. The trainings are organized by Georgian Samaritan Association with support of their Latvian colleagues.
The trainings will last till August 28, 2011. The trained staff will be granted with international certificate of First Medical Aid. The certificate will give them opportunities to train field specialists by themselves. Future target group will comprise field professors and teachers, students, persons involved in the tourism sphere (personnel of hotels and guest house, mountain guides, divers, rangers of national parks) and staff members working with adults (teachers of schools and kindergartens).
The Latvian specialists fetched the various gifts (visual things) in Georgia with the intention of providing future trainers with opportunities to prepare interested groups in accordance with modern standards.
