


The Scientific Conference of Law School
On May 24, 2013 Ilia State University held the final stage of third scientific conference of the Law School students.
In the finale stage students of law form Tbilisi State University and Free University also participated.
On the conference the works by students who passed the first stage were presented, which meant marking these works by the experts of the field in frames of 60 points. On the second stage those works were allowed that passed 41 points.
On the second stage the following up to date works:
1. Nino Meurmishvili “The Election Rights of Convicted”;
2. Zurab Natroshvili “Tendencies of Leasing Development and its Legal Regulation”;
3. Salome Osepashvili, Natia Digmelashvili “Informative Security”;
4. Mariam Murgulia “Mediation in Georgia, Present and Perspectives”;
5. Merabishvili Nadezhda “Gender Equality, Myth or Reality?”;
6. Turiashvili Ledi “Diversion and Mediation”;
7. Levan Djgerenaia “The Principle of Law Trust Against the principle of Law”;
On the final stage of the conference the results of working on the essays were introduced and the scientific question-answer part was designed.
The speakers were evaluated by the members of the committee within 40 points. This evaluation was summed up with the evaluation from the first stage and the winners were announced according to the total score.
The winner of the conference became Ilia State University Law School student Zurab Natroshvili who with other participants was awarded with certificate, legal literature and valuable gifts. Second place – Levan Djgerenaia, third place – Mariam Murgulia.
