Summer School at Iliauni
The Summer School of Jakob Gogebashvili Center took start at Ilia State University. The summer school was opened with English lessen which comprised film screening, listening and reading sections.
The selected 20 participants were trained in making effective self-presentations; writing curriculum vitae as well as they participated in intellectual games. At the end of the day, children expressed their opinions openly.
100 children from eleven schools participated in the contest and finally, 20 participants were selected. The given task was divided into one individual and two group parts. The team section incorporated the cases as well as individual part included the test.
The summer school aims to familiarize the students with all products in order to build up a solid platform for future interactions, to keep up the popularization of the center as well as to investigate the interests of consumers towards the offered products.
After the completion of the summer school studies, the children will be able to work in groups, to make presentations, to find necessary information, to express their opinions and to make quick decisions.
On July 1-2, Evgeni Kharadze Abastumani National Astrophysical Laboratory will host the final master classes and the students will be granted with certificates.
