Roger Zelazny - First Georgian Translation
Ilia State University Bookstore Ligamus hosted a presentation of “Nine Princes in Amber” by Roger Zelazny published by Ilia State University Press. “Nine Princes in Amber” is the first in the Chronicles of Amber series.
During the presentation, Gigi Tevzadze, Rector of Ilia State University and Professor Emeritus Natela Imedadze talked about the Chronicles of Amber. They pointed out that the book will be equally interesting for readers of all generation.
Roger Joseph Zelazny is an author of fantasy and science fiction short stories and novels. He won the Nebula award three times and the Hugo award six times as well. In his stories, R. Zelazny often describes the familiar-seeming world with magic elements and supernatural beings. Among of heroes of Zelazny, there are characters from real history as well as Irish, Japanese and Norse mythology.
