Public Lecture by Detmar Doering at Iliauni

Ilia State University hosted a public lecture by Dr. Detmar Doering on the topic “Institutional Changes, Civic and Economic Freedom in Post-Soviet Countries”. The lecture was delivered within the framework of the international seminar organized by Friedrich-Naumann Stiftung for Freedom (German) and New Economic School-Georgia.

Detmar Doering talked about the economic liberty since 1980 and also, discussed the most wide-spread economic system in the world–Crony Capitalism.
