Presentation of New Master's Degree Programs

Within the framework of the Environmental Education Week, Ilia State University hosted the presentation of new master's degree programs at ISU Centre for Maritime Researches in Grigoleti.

The presentation was led by Professor David Tarkhnishvili, Director of ISU Institute of Ecology. The project is supported by GIZ and implies the development of master studies in the field of ecology, forest resources, natural resources, science and management.

The new international and interdisciplinary master courses are prepared in cooperation with Georg-August University Goettingen, with support of the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and GIZ.

The 2-year interdisciplinary studies are open for BSc and equivalent graduates and professionals from managerial, social, and life sciences backgrounds. The studies are conducted in Georgian and English languages.
