Polish Students at the Iliauni


On September 10th through the 22nd, 2010 Ilia State University hosted students and professors from Adam Mitskevich Poznan University (Poland). As future tourism managers, they are planning to conduct their practical training at Ilia State University.
 
Today Polish students visit Ilia State University, where they were met by Prof. Dimitri Japaridze.
 
Practical training of the students from the Adam Mitskevich Poznan University includes visits to Tbilisi

and different regions, namely Old Tbilisi, Sighnagi, Bodbe, Dedoplistskharo, Tsinandali, Abastumani, Borjom-Kharagauli, Vardzia, Kutaisi, Batumi. This is a shortlist of the destinations Polish students will investigate from the viewpoint of tourism opportunities.

One group of students has already completed a practical course of tourism management in the framework of a mutual agreement between the two universities. Between June 29 and July 12 Adam Mitskevich Poznan University hosted a group of tourism management students from the Ilia State University, Faculty of Business and Law.
