Notary and the Perspectives of its Development
On November 8 Ilia State University held the public lecture about the following topic: "Notary and the Perspectives of its Development". Lecture was delivered by the chairman of the Notary Chamber Board Nino Khoperia. Lecture was organized by ISU College of Law.
Nino Khoperia talked about the notary system in general, activities of notary and the principles that he/she must obey. She reviewed the structure of the Notary Chamber and the Georgian Law about Notary. She also mentioned those new services that were added to the Georgian Notary Services. These are: notary services in the online regime, electronic base, which helps any notary to find the documents that, were done by other notaries in the past etc.
ISU College of Law students were attending the meeting. The lecture was followed by the discussion.
