New Edition of Radoslav Pachoha’s “Benjamin”
Ilia State University Press published Georgian translation of Radoslav Pachoha’s play “Benjamin”. Presentation of the book, written by a celebrated Polish playwright was held on November 23, 2010 at the Rustaveli National Theatre.
The Georgian edition was prepared by the director of the Art Research Institute of the Ilia State University, theatre critic Levan Khetaguri. Editor of the book is the PhD student of Ilia State University, Tamar Kiknavelidze.
The author Radoslav Pachoha, winner of the many playwright contests, works at the Teatr Powszechny of Warsaw.
Book presentation was followed by a performance – joint production of “Benjamin” by young Polish and Georgian directors Tomas Leshchinsky and Irakli Gogia on the experimental stage of the Rustaveli Theater.
