Master Class in Solving the Casus
On December 6 -7, law specialist Ketevan Chomakhashvili held master class in solving the casus for ISU students.
During the lecture Students became acquainted with the theoretical material. They also had opportunity to practice on the examples and acquire the techniques and principles of casus solving using the real casus. Ketevan Chomakhashvili talked about the factors that lawyer should take into account before starting to solve the casus. In particular, good understanding of a given question or task, reading the text of casus many times, finding the norms to use, comparing the concrete case with the norm and other trivialities. In the end she analyzed the most frequent mistakes done while solving the casus. Law College students at Ilia State University have an opportunity to get interesting information from the invited specialists in different spheres of law.
