Law Education Development
Professor Gigi Tevzadze, Rector of Ilia State University and Mr. Otar Kachkachashvili, Head of JLC “Otar Kachkachashvili and Consultation Group”, signed the memorandum of cooperation. Mr. George Tumanishvili, Dean of the Department of Law and representatives of the company attended the meeting.
The memorandum aims to enhance cooperation between the parties in order to facilitate the professional development of students, to provide them with unique opportunities to obtain high-quality law education and acquire practical experience.
Five students of the Law Department will be sent to the company to go through the internship program and to take part in real trials.
At the beginning of new academic semester, the company will recruit students for the internship program. Ilia State University in collaboration with the company will organize summer schools as well.
