Iliauni Student Preparing for European Championship
Otar Buliava is the first year student at Ilia State University Business faculty. This two-meter giant has been playing basketball for four years but in this short time period he has archived an important success: in 2011, along with his team-mates, the member of the basketball club "Sokhumi" became the champion of Georgia among the 18 year-old, moreover, in the last and this year he obtained this title among 20 year-old. He is participating in the national championships for two years already and he played the big role in the fourth place of "Sokhumi". He was invited to play in Georgia's youth team already last year and he played on European Championship for 18 year-old. Currently, under the supervision of the team coach Davit Usitashvili, he is preparing for European Championship among 20 year-olds. This competition will be held on June 9-21 in the capital city of Esotnia Tallinn
