Identity Studies is a scientific journal established in 2009. The aim of this journal is to develop interdisciplinary knowledge about political, cultural and social identity formation and disintegration in the contemporary world society and especially in Caucasus and Black Sea region. Main disciplines presented in the journal are sociology, political sciences, cultural studies, philosophy and psychology. Journal is published by Ilia State University Institute for Modernity Studies.
