The international conference entitled “Human Rights Genesis, Value and Present” was held with participation of Georgian, German, Armenian, Swiss and Polish scientists at Ilia State University. The representatives of the conference discussed philosophical, political and sociological aspects of human rights.  The organizers of the conference were Prof. Mamuka Beriashvili (Ilia State University), Prof.  Jörn Müller (University of Würzburg) and Prof. Teo Kobushi  (University of Bonn).
