On August 28-30, Ilia State University hosted the final conference of SALiS project. The project aims to support the active learning of natural sciences at schools. It is conducted within the framework of TEMPUS project, on basis of the cooperation among the European (Ireland, Germany, and Bulgaria) and other partner universities (Moldova, Georgia, Israel).

The professors from Ilia State University, Batumi, Kutaisi and Telavi universities took part in the final conference. The professors of Ireland, Bulgaria, Moldova and Israel universities and the teachers of general education schools made speeches at the meeting. In addition, the foreign specialists conducted the workshops in different fields of natural sciences.
