BOYCOTT – Game of Robots First Season Winner
"Boycott" is a winner of the first season of the "Game of Robots" which won the champion title among the twelve participant teams. On October 5, the first championship of "Game of Robots" was held within the framework of ISU Science Picnic. Each participant team consisted of four members.
The championship was divided into two parts: qualifying round and play-off. The team with the best time in the qualifying round was "Error", but was defeated in the play-off by the forthcoming finalist "Kernel". The final struggle lasted for 7 minutes and two teams - "Boycott" and "Kernel" were fighting for championship. Finally, "Boycott" won the champion title in the intense battle.
The first season prizes of the "Game of Robots" were distributed as follows: the first place - "Boycott" - a week-long Info-Tour at the University of Limerick (Ireland), the second place - "Kernel" - holiday tour in Gudauri together with 4 friends. The third and the fourth place holders (semi-finalists) - "Atom" and "Phoenix" - gained the holiday tour in Bakuriani.
