The winners of the competition "Best Poem of the Fantasy Genre" announced by Ilia State University Research Centre for Semiotics were revealed. The competitors had to compose a poem in fantasy genre according to the picture provided. The Head of the Jury, Rector of Ilia State University Gigi Tevzadze distributed the prizes. The holder of the first place is Bela Chekurishvili who was awarded five hundred laris of prize money and a certificate. The second place was won by Lia Likokeli and the third place by Beka Akhalaia who were also awarded certificates.

All poems of the competition will be published in a special collection to be printed by Ilia State University.
