Austrian Writer Martin Auer at Iliauni
On March 22-24 Ilia State University hosted three day event – “Austrian Days – In Georgia 2013. The event was organized by Ilia State University Cultural Centre and Austrian Ministry of Education, Art and Culture. Three day program was the course to raise the qualification of German language teachers. The seminar was attended by 22 teachers from different universities and colleges of Tbilisi and Kutaisi. The seminar was leaded by Austrian expert doc. Alexander Burk. The participants of the seminar were awarded with international certificates.
In the frames of the program famous Austrian writer and publicist Martin Auer visited Iliauni who held the evening of literary reading at the Austrian library. He read fragments from his writings. In the end the discussion was held. Martin Auer held the workshop on the following topic “Literary writing in the process of teaching German as a foreign language”
