On April 21st, 2015 an Agreement between Ilia State University and East-West Management Institute has been signed, Inc based in Kyrgystan to launch the 2nd NPM Fellowship Program within the frames of Collaborative Governance Program (CGP). 

Within the project framework, 5 selected fellows from Kyrgystan have visited and worked with 5 leading nonprofit organizations in Tbilisi area; audited NPM courses taught at universities in Tbilisi, conducted individual research and interacted with GIPA and ISU experts to prepare the NPM course(s) that they will teach at their universities in Kyrgyz Republic. The fellows also conducted 4 public lectures for ISU students and towards the end of the fellowship programme, presented their research results and recommendations that they came up with during their stay and personal research in Tbilisi.
