By ‘profile’ what is meant is that Ilia State cannot be evaluated in relation to medical, artistic, musical and other specialized institutions of higher education.
Ilia State is also leading based on choices of the student applicants. The registration numbers for new students show that most students indicate as their first choice Ilia State programs in Business, Law, Philosophy, Philology, and Biology. Ilia State’s Business Administration bachelor’s program, amongst all similar programs, is the first choice of most Georgian university student applicants.
Nationally, Ilia State’s BA programs in philosophy and Georgian philology are ranked as the best in the country. While Ilia State’s BA programs in Law and Biology are ranked second in the country.
