Workshop “The Caucasus in Global History”

Events

On May 5, from 10:00 to 19:00, a workshop on "The Caucasus in Global History" will be held in Auditorium S 507 at Ilia State University, organized by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. The world's leading historians and Iliauni professors will participate in the workshop.   

At the workshop, you will have the opportunity to listen to the lectures by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Conrad and  Prof. Dr. Thomas Ertl, keynote speakers representing the Free University of Berlin. 

At the meeting, we will discuss current global historical research trends and combine them with ongoing Georgian research topics within the field of Global History.
