IEEE is the world’s largest technical professional organization dedicated to advancing technology for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through its highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

There are more than 100,000 student members around the world at IEEE.

Organization offers various useful programs and opportunities to students such as: access to students' magazines, IEEE student TV channel, conferences, funding programs, awards, and unlimited networking.

The top 22 students received funding from the university and they successfully passed all the required steps for IEEE membership. Then they founded IEEE Student Branch, that aims to:

• Organize the local student conferences;
• Present team projects on international competitions;
• Participate in research projects
• Popularization of Engineering profession among school students
