On May 6, at 12:00, with the support of EVA and the British-Georgian Chamber of Commerce David Simmonds, the founder, and head of HCM metrics, will give a lecture to students on the topic “Human Capital Reporting, Strategic HR Management and HR Metrics”.

About the speaker

David Simmonds, Chairman of HCM Metrics and HR Analytics, is the first HR professional to receive professional certification under the ISO 30414 Human Capital Management Reporting Standard.

HCM Metrics, founded by David Simmonds, is the first ISO 30414:2018 accredited auditing company in the world, which offers companies results-oriented solutions based on principles, data, and evidence.

About the lecture

By effectively implementing human capital reporting, companies can gain tangible benefits, and influence business partners and key stakeholders. Moreover, they can increase the frequency of company decisions based on data and evidence, strengthen cooperation with top management and make communication transparent and effective.

The speaker will review the international standard “ISO 30414:2018 - Human capital reporting”, which offers organizations the opportunity to greatly increase the tangible contribution of human capital to business success. This standard combines up to 60 metrics in 11 main areas (Compliance and Ethics; Cost and Expense; Diversity; Leadership; Organizational Culture; Organizational Health, Safety and Welfare; Productivity; Recruitment, Flexibility and Turnover; Skills and Abilities; Succession Planning; Availability of Labor Force).
