Scholarships of the Government of the Czech Republic for the 2026–2027 Academic Year

The Government of the Czech Republic offers scholarships to citizens of Georgia for the 2026–2027 academic year.
The program provides funding for short-term or medium-term study/research/academic visits at public higher education institutions of the Czech Republic.
Target group: Students with active status at higher education institutions of Georgia, graduates, lecturers, and researchers. Applications to the scholarship program are accepted in all fields of study and research.
Application submission procedure: In order to participate in the Czech scholarship program for the 2026–2027 academic year, the candidate must submit the documentation required in accordance with the program to the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia via email at studyabroad@mes.gov.ge.
Application deadline: 26 February 2026, 17:00
Nomination process: For the purpose of nomination for the scholarship, the Ministry will submit information about the applicants to the Czech side by 13 March 2026. After nomination, applicants must submit an application to the scholarship program through the electronic application system of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic at https://studujnavs.gov.cz/cr between 15–31 March 2026.
