Activation and Closure of the ARGUS Course Selection Mode

For the Spring Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year, the course selection mode in Ilia State University’s electronic academic management system ARGUS will be activated according to the following schedule:
5 March:
- 12:00: First-year students of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences; Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine; Faculty of Business, Technology and Education (School of Technology); Bachelor’s and Master’s levels; Primary Teacher Education Programme: Grades I–VI; Integrated Bachelor’s–Master’s Programme; First-year students of the School of Law
- 15:00: Second-, third-, fourth-, and additional-year students of the School of Law
- 17:00: Georgian as a Second Language and Integration Programme, Doctoral level, Teacher Preparation Educational Programmes
6 March:
- 12:00: Bachelor’s level; Second-, third-, fourth-, and additional-year students of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Medicine
- 15:00: Second-, third-, fourth-, and additional-year students of the Faculty of Business, Technology and Education, including the Integrated Bachelor’s–Master’s Programme
- 17:00: Master’s level
The course selection mode will close on 21 March at 18:00.
Access to the billing (payment) system within ARGUS will be suspended on 5 and 6 March.
Tuition fees are to be paid at the bank in accordance with the usual procedure. Payment information will be automatically reflected in the system.
Students with outstanding financial obligations will have restricted access to ARGUS.
