APPLYING FOR EXCHANGE STUDIES

Steps to apply for the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility at Ilia State University (ISU):

Step 1: Please review the list of ISU’s partner universities available on our website.
It is important to note that you can apply to ISU only if your home university has an existing Inter-Institutional Agreement within the framework of the Erasmus+ international credit mobility scheme.

Step 2: Contact the International Relations Office of your home university to obtain information about the application procedures for the current call for applications.

Step 3: You can inquire about the available courses with the International Relations Office of ISU (erasmusplus@iliauni.edu.ge) and complete your Learning Agreement accordingly.

Step 4. Once nominated by your university, you should proceed to fill in the Online Application Form.  

Required documents to be submitted online:

• CV
• Copy of passport
• Transcript of records
• Proof of enrollment at Home University
• Language Certificate/Proof issued by the home university (min B2 level)
• Approved Learning agreement from both, home and host universities (for the list of courses please see Course Catalog)
• Diploma of previous academic level completed (only for MA and PhD students)

Step 5: After your application has been received and approved, you will receive the acceptance letter via email from the International Relations Office.
