In 2024 Georgia will be hosting the Falling Walls Lab competition hosted by the DAAD Office in Tbilisi. The event, organized annually to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall, aims to bring together scholars and researchers from different fields such as science, politics, humanities, economics, arts and social sciences.

Each year, Falling Walls Labs around the world give researchers the opportunity to present their wall-breaking solutions to global problems in three-minute pitches. The winners in each region will have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with the winners of other Falling Walls Labs in Berlin on 7 November.

Participation is completely free and all participants will receive an additional pitching workshop before the event to improve their presentation skills.

Interested candidates should register online until June 2, 2024 through online application form.

The event in Georgia will take place on 21 June, 2024 at Fabrika in Tbilisi.
