On February 12, 2024 undergraduate students from Ilia State University, School of Law were engaged in mock investigative activities. These activities included inspecting the scene, conducting searches, and performing other initial investigative activities and tasks. This practical workshop was conducted as part of a course titled "Techniques of Drafting Procedural Documents of Criminal Law," aimed at teaching novice lawyers the legal procedures involved in obtaining evidence and drafting procedural and investigative documents. It’s worth mentioning that the associate professor of criminal law, Natia Mogeladze, guided the above-mentioned learning program.
