This is the call to solicit student ideas for the Student Poster Contest on Plagiarism as part of the Erasmus+ CBHE program funded project: “Academic Integrity for Quality Teaching and Learning in Higher Education Institutions in Georgia (INTEGRITY) project.”
About the Project
The core objective of the EU-funded Erasmus+ CBHE 2017 call program project ‘INTEGRITY’ is to enhance teaching-learning and assessment quality in Georgian higher education institutions based on the principles of academic integrity. The Project aims to develop such policies, mechanisms and tools that help prevent and detect cases of plagiarism in higher education institutions in Georgia.
Problem:
Similar to most countries in the world, Georgia faces a serious problem of plagiarism. Complex approach is needed to ensure that academic integrity principles are upheld, involving prevention, detection and relevant reaction on the cases of plagiarism. In this process, it is of critical importance to increase plagiarism awareness among all stakeholders, including awareness on essence and types/forms of plagiarism.
Objective
Making a poster which would carry a communication message to increase plagiarism awareness among all stakeholders and promote to uphold academic integrity principles.
Eligibility
Contest is open for all students of authorized higher education institutions in Georgia.
Target Audience
High school seniors, students and lecturers.

Placement:
Poster will be placed in social media and throughout 13 higher education institutions.
