Intensive English and Math Preparation

  • Academic English – TOEFL Test preparation   

The course offered in cooperation with Macmillan Education prepares students for internationally acknowledged English certificate exam – TOEFL IPT. Intensive course includes 300 hours of academic English and test preparation classes. Experienced and certified instructors, as well as native speaker teachers ensure highest quality of education. The course is enriched with interactive activities to motivate and engage students.

  • Pre Calculus

The course is aimed to develop logical and analytical thinking skills of the student, to revise the main topics of the mathematics (algebra, geometry, trigonometry) and to prepare students for studying Calculus 1 at undergraduate level.

Cultural and Academic Orientation

  • Georgia: History, Culture and Politics

Engaging seminars on Georgian History, Culture and Political system are aimed to help international students better orient themselves in the Georgian environment.

  • Intercultural communication

The workshop provides space for reflection on variety of cultural identities and aims to develop understanding for behavior, customs and values valid in a social environment other than one’s own. The participants will become aware of cultural relativity, as well as role and specifics of intercultural communication.

  • Practical Course of Georgian for Foreigners (A1.1)

This practical course of Georgian language specifically designed for international students enables foreigners to interact in Georgian language in everyday situations; orient and integrate in Georgian environment. It is a unique opportunity to learn one of the oldest languages in the world, spoken in Georgia, which has its own alphabet and interesting history.

Extracurricular Activities

Pathway program participants will have an opportunity to benefit from specially designed cultural and entertainment program during their free time. City games, cinema nights, day trips, sports events, arts and cultural events and many more activities are offered for extra fee. For detailed information see the program.
