Recently founded the Research Centre combines academic research with a commitment to improve the lives and access to human rights, to have an impact on the global discourse concerning health, migration and human rights, supports the application of knowledge toservice provision, education and policy development. Centre cooperateswith academic institutions, NGOs, service provision agencies in Georgia and internationally.A work on Migration Policy Index (MiPex) new health strand assessment in Georgia started last year. Negotiations are on the way on the development of Equity Standards for healthcare for migrants and other vulnerable groups.
